The mosque of Sheikh Lotfollah is possibly one of the most remarkable mosques in the world, which is probably why it, along with the rest of the Square, is on UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites. The building demonstrates a skillful and sophisticated use of space despite practical challenges: From Zoroastrian times, the beautiful was integrally associalted with light; it was an essential component of divine personality".
Celebrated in half of its design, the geometrical form is to represent the sun in this years banner.
